All are welcome. These classes are open to people of all fitness levels, genders, body types, and backgrounds. Just show up ready to have fun and learn something new! Exercise or yoga wear is recommended. Bare feet or indoor-only dance shoes.

Drawing from a variety of contemporary dance styles as well as authentic movement and deep improvisation, Heretica is deep exploration of movement and embodiment. This class provids students with the space to explore physical embodiment, deepen their connection to their inner voice and allow the body to speak in a safe and supportive space.
A fun belly dance class focused on live music and improvisation, this class provides students with the opportunity to learn technique and increase endurance, as well as gaining a comfort level dancing to live music.
What's Oula? Well, it's a whole lot of AWESOME! Oula draws inspiration from aerobics, tap, modern, yoga and strength training so that participants are constantly experiencing new and varied movements in their bodies—and we rock out to Top 40s hits you hear on the radio! Get ready for Pitbull, Taylor Swift, Demi Lovato... I want you to sweat, dance, and give yourself one hour to let it all go and move to the music. If you like Zumba, or Shine, or Nia, or old school Jane Fonda workouts—you're going to LOVE Oula!
Learn the basics of belly dance! This is a dance form that celebrates our selves. Yes, YOU are perfect for belly dance--right now! Delve into movement, musicality, and tradition in a friendly and supportive environment. Exercise/yoga wear and bare fee recommended. Jingly hip scarves available!
Learn some of the foundation movements of ballet--and how to do them safely. Ballet will leave you feeling taller and stronger. Open to people of all ages and genders, this class develops both the brain and the body! Exercise/yoga wear and non-grippy socks or ballet slippers recommended. Total beginners welcome!
Bachata is a romantic latin dance with origins from the Dominican Republic, which is now danced all over the world. Learn bachata basic steps for leaders and followers, melding with the music being played. No partner needed!
Cuban style Salsa comes from the place where the dance has its roots. Partners move in a circle, changing patterns through fun footwork with no fast spins. Come learn this fun style of salsa--no partner needed!
