This class is for dancers who are acquainted with the foundations of ballet and looking for a solid technique class to advance their skills. Sundays include an extra 30-minute stretch after class! People of all genders, backgrounds, and body types are welcomed and affirmed.
Students who have mastered the skills in Level 1 are welcome to move into Level 2. In this class, we will build on the fundamentals learned in Level 1, adding layering, traveling steps, new movements and finger cymbal patterns. Students will also learn about must-know songs, and begin improvisation exercises. This class helps students grow into dancers, delving deeper into belly dance technique and musicality.
This unique yoga class with Jamie blends vinyasa movement and breath with the meditative and supportive practices of yin. Jamie actively offers a variety of modifications to support the needs of all levels of practitioners. Rather than the look of the asana, her focus is on how the body feels in an individualistic practice that looks different for everybody.

Delve into movement, music, and tradition in a warm and supportive environment. Learn the belly dance vocabulary, put the movements together into combinations, and learn a full dance. We will also learn about finger cymbals and the rhythms of middle eastern dance. Total beginners welcome! Open to people of all genders.
Dancers who are ready for the next challenge in belly dance can take this class with Rosa's permission. Minimum one year of classes recommended. Email Rosa to request to join this class.

This high intensity dance fitness workout is full of music and movement from all over the world! Lindsey will provide Latin, African, Indian, and Top 40 beats and choreography for a super fun and affective workout.
Pre-registration is required. No drop-ins if the class is full. Sign up to join us this Saturday!
